A basic automated tableau dashboard can be generated for any university bookings calendar. The output looks like this (auto populates data as the calendar is used):

The dashboard is generated the first time access is requested for a given calendar.

How to request access to a dashboard

Enter the “Account ID” of the bookings calendar you would like to request access to into the form found here: https://bi.utah.edu/forms/create-ms-booking.php

Note that the bookings account ID is the email associated with the bookings calendar and is of the format mybookingscalendar@UofUtah.onmicrosoft.com
