  2. If you’re nearby the Zoom Room TV, it should be auto-detected and start the meeting automatically from the Room.

  3. If the Zoom Room isn’t auto-detected, you can use the “Sharing Key” displayed on the top-right of the TV display to Pair.

Sharing your Screen to a Zoom Room TV

You can also simply use the Zoom Room TV as a second display to share content from your screen to the TV without worrying about scheduling a meeting first.

  1. Sign into Zoom on your computer.

  2. Select “Share Screen”

  3. Enter the “Sharing Key” displayed on the top-right of the TV display, then select “Share Screen”

Using the Zoom Room as a Whiteboard

For detailed instructions on the various tools available in the Whiteboard interface, refer to Zoom’s documentation.

During a Meeting

  1. Tap the “Whiteboard” button on the screen, then tap “Whiteboard NEW”

  2. Configure the participant permissions on the screen.

  3. Tap “Open and Collaborate” when you’re finished.

New whiteboards created in a meeting can be exported but are not auto-saved to the cloud. If a new whiteboard is not exported, it will not be saved.

Out of a Meeting

The instructions are identical to creating a whiteboard while in a meeting, however it’s important to note that Whiteboards created outside of a meeting are only available for the current session. They cannot be saved or exported!
