How to add Conference Room Calendars to Outlook (Windows and Mac)

This article shows how to add the Sill Center Conference Room Calendars to Outlook on your computer. You’ll then be able to see the schedule and schedule meetings. Scroll down to the type of computer to get the instructions.

Mac Instructions

  1. Launch Outlook. Then in the top-right corner, go to File > Open > Another User’s Folder

  2. Then in the search bar, type “Sill LC”. Select Sill LC in the menu, and then make sure Calendar is selected in the Folder type drop-down menu. Click open. Then repeat steps 1 and 2 for “Sill SC”.

  3. The calendars for the Large and Small Conference Rooms will now appear on your Calendar Tab.

Windows Instructions

  1. Launch Outlook. Click File > Open, then select Other User’s Folder.

  2. Then in the search bar, type “Sill LC”. Then make sure Calendar is selected in the Folder type drop-down menu. Click OK. Then repeat steps 1 and 2 for “Sill SC”.

  3.  The calendars for the Small and Large Conference Rooms will then show in Outlook under Shared Calendars.
