How to Request Support

We try to make getting support as easy as possible. Here’s all the ways you can request support from US IT team. Please use the methods below to request support. If you email or call someone in US IT directly we can’t track your support request if they are away from their desk or out of the office.

Teams - US-Support App

You will find the US-Support app in the left navigation of Teams on your computer. It’s also on Teams on your cell phone or tablet. On Cell phones you may need to select “More” in the bottom right corner to find the US-Support app. Here’s the complete guide to using the US-Support app in Teams.
